Terms and conditions
These terms cover Face Yoga sessions, Pilates class passes and online orders of Neem Homemade Skincare from Balance Wellbeing Collective, run by Carin Andresen in Christchurch. Questions? Email hello@balancewellbeingcollective.co.nz or call 027 436 6311.
Face Yoga sessions
Booking. Every new client starts with a free 20-minute face assessment. Sessions are then booked through Setmore. Current services and prices are on the booking page.
Rescheduling and cancelling. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, are charged at 50% of the session price. There is no charge if you have to cancel because of an emergency.
Programmes. Face Yoga Foundations and the Radiant You Programme are paid in full when you buy them online, unless you have a payment plan (below). Carin then books all your sessions with you. Radiant You sessions are ideally once a week over six weeks, with some flexibility.
Payment plans. The Radiant You Programme can be paid in instalments by bank transfer, by arrangement with Carin. A $100 deposit secures your booking, and the full balance must be paid before your sixth session. If a payment is missed, your sessions are paused until it is paid.
Stopping a programme partway. If you stop a programme partway through, you will be refunded for any sessions you have paid for but not used.
Your health. Face Yoga is not a medical treatment. Before you start, tell Carin if you have recently had injectables, fillers or facial surgery, or are being treated for a jaw, skin or nerve condition.
Face Yoga gift vouchers
Using a voucher. A $99 gift voucher can be used for an Introduction to Face Yoga session, or as $99 off Face Yoga Foundations or the Radiant You Programme. Quote the voucher code when you book.
How long it lasts. Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Other things to know. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Each code can be used once.
Pilates class passes
How long a pass lasts. Each pass is valid for the period shown on it. Classes not used by the expiry date can’t be carried over.
Away for a while? If illness or an extended holiday means you’ll miss classes, let Carin know before your pass expires. If she agrees, she will extend your pass. Extensions are only given by agreement.
Neem Homemade Skincare: online orders
Ordering and payment. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order. We don’t see or store your card details.
Where we post. New Zealand only.
Postage. $10 flat rate per order, NZ Post tracked. Rural addresses incur an extra rural delivery charge. We’ll contact you about it before posting.
When we post. Within 3 working days of your order. You’ll get an email with your tracking number.
Damaged or lost parcels. If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, email us with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Change of mind. For hygiene reasons we can’t take back products that have been opened. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price. Return postage is paid by you.
Your rights. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Using the products. Our products are for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredients and try a small amount on the inside of your wrist first. Stop using a product if it irritates your skin.
