What is Face Yoga?

Face yoga helps release tension in the face, jaw and neck. Many women notice their face begins to feel tighter, heavier or more tired over time – through ageing, stress or menopause.

Gentle exercises and massage techniques can soften that tension and support healthier facial movement. It is a natural approach, not a quick fix, and it works best with regular practice.

1

Book a free 20-minute face assessment, online or in person in Bryndwr.

2

Carin looks at your face and neck, and you talk through any tension you are feeling.

3

She explains which exercises may help, and you decide if you would like to continue.

Yin Yoga

Slow, still and deeply relaxing. Poses are held gently for a few minutes, giving the body time to soften and the mind time to settle.

Yin yoga is included in the Radiant You programme, and face and yin yoga fusion workshops are coming to the Heathcote Valley studio.

What clients say

Carin is a wonderful teacher, and an excellent guide. She shares her knowledge freely and I appreciate the calming and centering focus of the sessions.

Jénifer Silva

Her service is so much more than the facial yoga. For the time you are working with her, you will feel light, calm and very relaxed. I had amazing results after just six sessions.

Emma Butler

Carin helped me set up a routine that has already relieved tension and stress. A few minutes a day makes a world of difference.

About Me

My name is Carin Andresen.

I trained as a Beauty Therapist and spent many years working in the beauty and fashion industries around the world before settling in New Zealand.

Later in life, during menopause, I experienced my own skin and health challenges. This led me to discover Face Yoga and the powerful connection between the face, body and wellbeing.

Today I help women support their face naturally through facial exercises, massage, relaxation and simple daily practices.
